The open enrollment period is a set time each year when you can sign up for or make changes to your health insurance plan. If you miss this period, you may have to wait until the next year unless you qualify for a special enrollment period.

A deductible is the amount you must pay out-of-pocket for healthcare services before your insurance begins to pay. For example, if you have a $2,000 deductible, you will need to pay the first $2,000 of your healthcare costs before your insurer covers additional expenses.

The out-of-pocket maximum is the most you’ll have to pay for covered services in a plan year. Once you reach this amount, the insurance company will pay 100% of covered services for the rest of the year.

Yes, our plans offer international coverage for emergency medical services when traveling abroad. You can also discuss travel insurance add-ons for extended coverage outside your home country.

In most cases, you can make changes to your health insurance during the open enrollment period. If you experience a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, the birth of a child, or a change in employment), you may be eligible for a special enrollment period to switch plans outside the usual timeframe.

Yes, mental health services are covered under our plans, including therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, and inpatient treatment for mental health conditions.
